This is a blend of 59% Pinot Gris, 37% Fiano and 4% Viognier. A very interesting wine made to be drunk in a window of 3-4 years. Aromas of green apple, quince, unripe peach and roasted nuts. Medium-bodied with a soft acidity, well-balanced with the 12.5% alcohol. Long finish. No complexity, but great quaffability.
