Wade Bales Wine Festival (Cape Town) : (Short Notes, Walkaraound): A ripe nose that has lifted blossom, orange over lemon, expressive tropical fruits and a noted toasty oak and spice infusion. There is a lovely richness on the palate, in which the vibrant acidity tempers the fleshy fruit core and pulls it off effectively. The palate is alluring and tropical with stone fruits. The oak, though noted, seems to be well-balanced, and the finish is long.
