Interesting to have a still wine made of Xarelo, which is usually used in cava. Crisp, lean wine with lemon peel, balanced by a hint of apple (blend has 10% Riesling). Little bit of mineral on the finish.

This wine was a surprise to me. I had never had any wines made from Xarel-lo (90%, with 10% riesling). Good acid to pair with fish. There is something interesting on the finish that makes the wine linger. At $9, it was a great value.
