** (just about) Mature and straightforward sums it up. Nice balance and even a bit of gravity, but on the simple side. Drinks well but could be more compelling.

A decent but fairly generic Morgon with notes of red & black raspberry, earth/herbs and light tannins/acid adding structure. Drinking fine now but should easily last past its 5th birthday.
