This was really good, decanted 3 hours... Maybe a bit too long but was stellar with the thanksgiving rib eye.

Quite nice. Decanted for 1 hour. Complex nose but very smooth Taste of blackberry. Compared well against other highly rated blends.

Aromas of currant and blueberries, with a nice sweet floral note. On the palate, lush cherries, blackberry, leather, and baking spices. Wonderful long finish.

inky pour big up front assertive jammy aroma. Taste is somewhat fruit forward (blackberry) with some subtle complexities that come out in the aftertaste of minerals, pepper, a tiny hint of leather. Very drinkable and I enjoyed it thoroughly... 93ts. Sarah says 92 points like it but the aftertaste is a little off putting but grew on her as she drank it, she thought a bit of leather and oaky notes.

Dark fruit nose. Nicely balanced berries with a hint of tannin and nice finish.

Not a big nose..some spice on the plate along with blackberries. Still a hair oaky. A very nice almost dark, but refreshing? finish.

Decanted for one hour. Beautiful deep purple color. Very aromatic but not quite as good on the palate. A nice wine but nothing memorable.

Shared with my dad, after decanting 3 hours the rich cassis mouth coating blackberry with subtle tannis was fantastic with NY Strips.

Very deep redish purple. Nice nose of sour black fruit. Nice aromatics. I didn't decant and should have. I let it sit in the glass for 40 minutes and it opened up and the heat dissipated. The look didn't match the feel in the mouth. Not as heavy as it appeared. It was rather shallow with little complexity and short finish. Not a bad wine, but for the price, not as good as it should be. Cancelled my wine club …

Open over 90 minutes. Deep purple, same color as the skin of dark cherries, with ruby edges. Very aromatic, with aromas that remind me of spiced jellied cranberries. Thick mouthfeel without being overly heavy. A bit of spice and mellow strawberry flavors. Lingering, pleasant finish.

I for one have become quite weary and leary or 'experimental" wines that are forced upon us because of our wine club membership. As members we often seem to foot the bill for the winemaker to play as it were. That being said, this was not too bad. Dark fruit on the nose with a palate of berries and cinnamon. okay finish.

Lush nose full of dark cherry. The palate disappoints as the wine is shallow, short and dry on the finish.
