Rich baked quince and honey, good acidity, and a spicy orange peel finish. Acidity still holding up and providing a great balance. Wish I had more.

Double Blind tasting Medium gold color Medium aromas of honey with candied pineapple and nut blossom with minimal oxidative notes - obvious candied ginger/ botrytis notes Medium plus bodied with notable RS - mild to moderate Palate of honey and candied orange peel Medium acidity with medium plus alcohol and moderate phenolic bitterness and end of the palate - as acidity is a bit low for the amount of sweetness here, this bitterness really keeps this wine from being cloying …

Medium gold. Some bubbles on the glass Aromatics medium +. Honey, early bruised pear/golden apples and florals. Later candied ginger consistent with botrytis. No new oak. Palate has a medium + body. Balanced Dry glass notes of honey and ginger Overall, nose is quite nice, but palate is one dimensional with …

Incredibly interesting on the nose, medium botrytis with orange marmalade and quince. Some microgreens and a slick minerality. Off dry, but not quite the RS of a sauternes. Quite a versatile wine with chicken liver mousse toast

Pop and pour. Served with slight chill and with food (pho ga and rice paper spring rolls, in case you were wondering). Light golden color. Nose offers some pear and apricot. Nice enjoyable wine, with that light pear and stone fruit along with some citrus. Enjoyable.

From 50+-year-old vines grown in low-fertility, highly weathered granitic soils, Albert Boxler’s Pinot Blanc Reserve is a treasure trove of ripe pear, apricot kernel and those jarred spiced apple rings that make their appearance during the holidays. Heady spice notes lead into a wine with a story to tell—a vein of quartz wending through a textural landscape suggestive of fine lees contact. Subtle autolytic notes lend gravity to overt brightness to which orchard and pome fruits play a starring role.

Classical Alsace note, on the nose light citrus, fresh herbs like mint; on the palate peach and quince and toasted hazelnuts. Quite an enjoyable wine

Beautiful yellow-gold colour. Smells like honeydew, melon, papaya and pineapple - beautiful tropical notes. Similar on the palette, with lychee, honeydew, melon, papaya, and pineapple, with a splash of bright strawberry. Medium body, good 30+ second finish, and a decent acidity. Stands up well to spicy stir fry. Teeny tiny bit of sediment at the end of the bottle. Tiny.
