I was honestly a bit scared that the wine would be a bit too fat but my fears were unfounded. Great tight rope balance of minerality, tropical fruits, and touch of vanilla all underpinned by a gentle yet always present sensation of acidity that glides through from the beginning to end. Preserved Meyer lemon, olive oil, bruised lemon zest, cantaloupe rind, and yellow pear skin. Full and unctuous, with a ripe lemony profile. Slightly angular on the finish, but with a big dollop of flavor to create a succulent experience overall. Might benefit from a couple years of cellaring, but the fruit is already accessible and giving. 93-94 points.
