Darker goldey golour. Strong yeasty aroma, very very pleasant wine. Kept some for later to enjoy with food and it paired much better. He very beautiful champagne but not something I would like to drink all the time as it is too charismatic and of course comes at a premium.

Blind White Burgundy Dinner (Chez Patrick, Sun Street, Hong Kong) : Slightly orangey colour. Great definition. Yeasty in a lovely fresh-baked brown bread manner. Some weight and a nice overall finesse. Young but very enjoyable but just a bit heavy without food.
