This wine really needed time in the bottle to shine. It just keeps improving.

My last bottle of this, seemed fresher and less evolved than my previous one. Full bodied and textural with a savory, almost spicy finish that lasts. 16.5/20

The nose is intense and offers ripe stone fruit, honey, nuts and pepper. The palate is soft and creamy, it's really elegant and balanced, the fruit is definitely very ripe and it's a bit broad, but manages to remain balanced. The finish is long and savory, some tannins there as well. I woudn't hold this any longer. 16/20

Ripe and round and lots of pear on the nose. Full on the palate as well. Darn that is delicious.

Light lemon green color. Super fresh clean scent. Lime, grapefruit, tonic and a hint of mandarin orange flavor. Racy and vibrant after 9 years aging.

Beautiful appearance - clean and shiny. Rich but restraint in all aspects - colour, smell and taste. Great energy, but not overwhelming, light sweetness in powerful soft acidity. Great structure and balance. Long.

The nose is clean with asparagus, tropical fruit notes with loads of pineapple bits, lime and lemon leaves, lees derived notes, refreshingly green profile. The palate follows the same pattern with quite high acidity, extraordinary character overall and quite unique Chardonnay. The wine is fresh and evidently young but nicely balanced and quite long finish. Extraordinary quality, premium price and with a long life ahead.

Had along side Paul Pernot Bourgogne Blanc. And while not the same both were outstanding. Here on the "bigger" more smoky side of chardonnay.

Zippy and rich with many layers of flavor; including, flower, nut, citrus, apricot and mineral. Initially, somewhat bitter on the finish. Given time to breath, we will see how it evolves.

One of the best chardonnays tasted recently. Fragrant nose with apple, pineapple and tropical melon. Medium+ acid. Pleasant, but not over done oak. Long finish.

Very fruity nose, slightly tropical. Pine apple, mandarin. Youthful and gently oaky. Quite elegant. Fullish with good acidity. Balanced and very fruity. Delicious and pure. Tropical fruit aromas. Descent length.
