The dress, between moderate & deep lemon, is clean, radiant & luminous. Rich nose of an interesting complexity and nicely captivating: ripe yellow fruits (pineapple & elegantly smoked Golden apples), sweet caramel, a pinch of spices that tickle the nostrils and some white flowers (jasmine?). The minerality is very deep and is expressed through nuances of gun flint & kerosene lamp (on this point, I'm more a disciple of Trimbach rather than of Chapoutier).
