Capped closure. Blend of about 70% apple cider with remainder as quince juice, despite labelled as quince. V: Orange-pink tinged, effervescent. N: Nose of apples, a bit floral. P: Finely textured, nice fine bead. While finish is dry, the flavours are rather subtle, and the quince is rather anonymous.
