Not even close to my last bottle a year ago. Thin, barely fruity, too much metal and plastic sense. Go for $20 bottles, there's so much better at that level.

Really wanted to love this. Cherry and some earth on the nose. Maybe sweet tobacco too. Light on the palate with a short-medium finish that has a slightly astringent cough-syrup quality. This is my second bottle. No notes from first tasting, but didn't get the awkward finish previously.

Bright fruit, I agree with sweet cherry that others have mentioned. But thankfully this Pinot sits right on the edge of wonderful, subtle in flavors and hinting at some earth and flint deep down that give it character, and redeem it among other terrible Pinots at this price. Perhaps one dimensional, but I think two - brilliant fruit that's balanced, followed by hints of Ayers light-bodied earthy mineral, yet distinctly Oregon, Pinot Noir. Great find at $14, the best in …

Cherry, deep fruit, light-bodied, almost sweet, great value at price point, agreed a little one dimensional but a wonderful dimension, smooth finish, nice balance

Unscrewed and poured. Wine has been in glass 15 minutes. The nose is marvelous, expressing beautifully pure, freshly pressed just ripe raspberries, some briar, soil, rocks, and a little bit of shoe polish. The nose is light in scale, but bright; almost like a Cru Beaujolais. On the palate this shows some similar bright pink raspberry flavors... this wine just tastes pink. There's some nice acidity and light tannins, and that slight bit of soil that keeps it interesting. The …

Nose is a little tight, but showing cherries. A little herbaceous too. Straight up candy on the palate. Filled strawberries and Luden's cough drops come to mind. Light body, well balanced. A little one-dimensional maybe, but quite nice.
