Andreas Tscheppe Sauvignon Blanc blaue Libelle Plus

Tasted blind. Signature tscheppe oxidative notes, concentrated, dried citrus peels and beeswax. Sweet peaches, lemonade too on the nose. Off dry on the palate, but refreshing acidity and delicate. Better than the previous bottle, bubbles softer and more integrated. Balanced between slight reductive smokiness and oxidative dried apricots. Layered and long, intense. Unique and instantly recognisable.

Unlike the regular version, this is the sparkling version, but this one has a strong nuance of natural wine. If I were you, I would drink the normal version of the blue dragonfly. Nevertheless, it must be a sparkling wine with a very well-made Sauvignon Blanc base.
