Aged for a year in oak. Intense color. Honey color. Nose with toast, waxy and baked apples. All chenin characteristics. Intense. Palate is rich, yellow fruits, ripe apples. Nice acidity on the very long finish. Food wine. Very nice rich Chenin.

Très joli chenin qui arrive à maturité. Arômes d’agrumes et de poire, l’acidité se fait moins présente aux profit de belles notes d’amertume, de salinité.

Big, fat and rich Chenin with tremendous character. It’s on green fruits, stone fruits and spices, layered with a creamy texture. 14,5% alc. a food wine and a wonderful one at that. At home with the boys.

Chenin blanc 100%. Giovane mix di limone acidissimo e barrique molto ben dosata. Bella mineralità. 14.5 gradi e non sentirli. Dovrebbe evolvere magnificamente.

Juste eu une goutte, littéralement, pour tester. Me semble être un chenin bien typé avec une belle salinité en fin de bouche.
