Delicious and well balanced. The nose lacked some complexity, but not too much. The palate had elegant red fruits with silky tannins and an above-average finish. 14,1% abv, drink thru 2012 - but no reason to wait, it's not going to improve

Fairly pleasant wine and qood QPR when BeMo has it on sale (don't buy it otherwise). Decent complexity, but in it's list price range, Bordeaux is a better bargain.

Not expecting much after the WS tasting note. Opened bottle and poured a small sip. Nose was pretty lush, but wine finished with a bit of a vegetal or woody note. Not entirely unpleasant, but unusual. Decanted for about 1 hour. After decanting, the vegetal taste was gone and the some dried cherries came through with a rich mouthfeel, but a fairly short, dry finish. Better than I expected.
