A private lunch (Restaurant Seagrill **, Brussels, Belgium) : A welcome replacement. Lovely nose, pure, distinctive and well-defined, candied fruit, flowers and a hint of nuts, chalky freshness; the palate is elegant and silky, with wonderful fruit and the energy of youth, tight minerality, just a touch of heat: good length, hints of chocolate and liquorice.
