Domaine de Bichery Champagne En Charme de Fin Blanc de Blancs

bottle 182 of 850. Harvested 6Sep2019, bottles April 2022. green apple, blood orange, mid-tongue moderate body creating a nice mouthfeel accompanied by a little marzipan. Good richness lifting up the orchard fruits keeping the acid/sour side tamed down. Refreshing, nice now on a sunny day outside, but should evolve and soften a bit more in a few years.
