tight initially, needed 2-3 days under vacu-vin to soften the tannins. at that point the fruit was still in front, although a little toned down. nice red cherries, raspberries, hints of vanilla

This was not a fair trial because it was served on a hot summer day after sitting outside for a period of time. So it just presented as raisiny. After we cooled it some in a cooler more structure was evident. Will have to give another try.
