Georg Mosbacher Wachenheimer Altenburg Riesling

Einfach gut: leicht risliengianisch, dennoch großzügige aromatik bleibt lange im Abgang salzig, aber auch klass früchze wie Pfirsich Zitrone Aprikosen

Nase: Minze, reifes Steinobst, tropische Früchte. Mund: leicht bitter, reife gelbe Frucht. Moderate Säure

Sampled over three days to see how it would evolve. The first day it was very tight, and didn’t offer much in the way of complexity. After 24 hours it gained depth, and after 48 delineation. Dry, fruity, and with an almost Scheurebe-like sage element, it maintained a phenolic edge, even after being open for two days. I’ll check in again after a couple of years.
