Reviewed on day 3, but I don't think it changed much. A: Gold straw N: Seashell with underlying florality and slight minerality, along with pineapple and lemon P: Oily white peach, pineapple, lemon, and shellfish. F: Very subtle citrus and minerals, modest length I think this is at the tail end of its drinking window, as the fruit is pretty faded. Probably waited too long on this one. Still enjoyable, though, especially with Mediterranean salad w/ pesto chicken and lemon-dijon …

NOish. Remembered this as being better ; maybe I had a different mix before, but the Pinot gris does not come through well. Thought the whole enterprise lacked fruit and taste. A bit watery. Would not stand up well beside a mid-level Chardonnay IMHO. A bit better next day, with some oxidisation, but a bit too much a/c.

Delicious, if not a tad simple. Notes of fresh apricot and Jonathan apple lead the way, with hints of almond and orange peel hovering in the background. Unctuous, and the oak builds as it warms.

Nice wine, with significantly more character than a typical pinot gris. Nose is full, with peaches, light fruit, and some oak (I get the same general feel from the nose as I do a new-world chard, but with different fruits). Straightforward attack and taste - mild acidity, definite oak presence, muted peaches, hints of apple, almost hints of papaya (but that's reaching). Full-bodied throughout (Ben Christiansen's note about this being a bit thick is right on). Finish is a bit …

Some nuttiness in the glass. A little bit more lively on the palate, but a bit too thick for me.

Lovely ripe wine. Apricots , quince and peach. Decent balancing acidity to prevent it becoming cloying. Will buy more.

Love the mineral backbone with rocks and citrus fruits, but like a luxurious carpet not a wood floor like Chablis. Rich creamy bouquet. Delicious and good value

Was way better than I was expecting. Loved the viscosity and stone fruit flavors.

perfumed with nectarine and white flowers, the bright acidity carries the flavors of honey, white peach and lemon peel well, dry, just a kiss of oak to compliment the sunshine fruit, it also feels Mediterranean and refreshes the soul, delicious with grilled garlic shrimp

Lovely dry fruit, fresh and long with good acidity. Restrained and elegant - more 'European' than expected. Excellent with canapes prior to a dinner hosted at The George of Stamford by Jim Clendenen.

Light, energetic, polished aromas of pear, yellow apple, creme brûlée and sur lies notes on the palate. Well done sipper or for light European fare.

very fresh, still a vibrant straw yellow wine, but with burnt honey notes, maybe even some red fruit on the nose but such a pure translucency to this wine, very chilled this will hold up for another few years atleast...

A truly disappointing wine. No “there” there; no body; and no real flavor. Not Recommended.

A sunlight, yellow-gold in the glass. Here, it’s all about the fruit, with predominately is yellow delicious apple. Not much of a mid-palate and not a long finish. No real depth, but the fruit on the attack grabs your attention. A nice sipper, but nothing to twist your mind around. 13.5% alc. With assorted chevre and double cream cheeses, mole and crusty bread. Recommended with reservations due to lack of depth, but with a look toward Recommended due to QPR …

Very appealing up front, with buttery notes of pear and melon. Fairly viscous. Could use a bit more acidity given its weight, but on the whole very enjoyable. 87.
