Verbena Rosso Toscana IGT

Surprised at how enjoyable this wine was. Cork, barely stained, extracted easily. Light, clear red--like nebbiolo. No decant. Unusual aromas--didn't smell of cooperage. Light textured, with well-hidden tannins and not a ton of acidity. Good week-nighter.

Opened an hour before tasting. A bit hot, both on nose and initial palate. Fruit needed another hour to open up. Some rosemary and herb notes. Very tuscan high acidity. With enough decant time not bad, but I didn't love t.
