Perfect match to pizza (napoletana style). Powerfull yet lower on hard tannins than many other barberas. This is the way I like my barbera. New contemporary favorite!

looks like blueberry juice nose: wet leather, dried currants, dried black plum, smoke palate: high acid, med tannin. dried black and red currants, high alcohol, teensy hint of cloves needs food heh. it's VERY structured (too hardcore for me... but to its credit, we definitely opened this a little early since our test is in 30 days 😬 it should soften)
