Matias Riccitelli Chardonnay Viñedos de Montaña

Interesting Chardonnay, thanks to the crispiness and freshness upfront while having more mature fruit on the finish. First green and red apple, intense lemon, mint, chalk then more yellow apple, elderflower, lemon curd, slight almond on finish; balanced use of oak (only a nuance). M+ body (malo), M acidity but very fresh, long finish

Very inviting both on the nose and palate. Sweet, charming orchard fruit, cinnamon, brioche, something herbal like thyme, and hints of white flowers. Med bodied - quite a bit of solids making their presence felt here! Broad and bracing acidity, as is the Riccitelli way. This is excellent and will get better for the next 5-8 years I imagine

Golden in colour with medium intensity aromas of lime, peach, hints of grass, some honey, hay, lemon. On the palate amazing minerality and salinity. It prickles your tongue. Medium bodied, high acidity, medium- finish. Outstanding wine. I'd drink it fresh and not wait. (Drank over 3 days it mellowed out and became.rounder.but lost the minerality)
