Human Cellars Gamay L’INFLUENCE DU BOUTS

I really like this! It's not carbonic and it's not an overly dark & extracted Gamay as too many WV gamays can be. Rather, fresh cut green herbs and a panoply of red fruits (rhubarb, cherry, strawberry, etc) present an enticing energy to the palate. Tangy, but with enough fruit density to allow it to develop for at least another year or three. Good stuff.
