(Tasted at the winery.) Much more aromatic than the 2018 it was drunk alongside, showing black cherry, red cherry, spices and earth notes. Medium bodied with red cherry upfront, adding black cherry and darker red cherry through the middle. More open through the middle than my prior bottle, it also shows positive evolution in its fruit expression. The tart red cherry and tannins, along with earth, spices and minerals are slightly better integrated with the mid-body than previously. Overall, this …

Great color. The nose shows aromas of dark red fruits, flowers, underbrush, minerals and a bit of oak. This is barely medium bodied on the palate with very good concentration and good class. The medium plus length finish features slightly rustic tannins.

Prior bottle was 14 months ago and this wine continues to show quite well, especially given enough time open. Red and black cherry along with with spices and a lot of earthy notes on the nose. Medium bodied with both black and red cherry both upfront and through the middle, showing a mix of more rounded and open notes, deeper, slightly darker notes and brighter, more acidity-edged qualities. Tart red cherry, earth, spices and minerals behind as well as tannins …

This is the most miss graded wine we have seen on Cellartracker. It has no nose, body, or character, and it is rather tannic.

First that I drank in over a year and still needs more time in the bottle. It was very good on opening but I opened the bottle 3 hours before drinking. Then drank a little bit over the next 5 days and day 3 and 4 it was by far the best. Smooth and dark dark cherries. Will try another one in a year or two.

Since my bottle last night was corked, I decided to try again and was well rewarded. This was my first from bottle (previously tasted at the winery 1 year ago) and the wine has begun to evolve along the lines I'd hoped. Earthy red cherry along with brighter red cherry on the nose along with hints of spices and black cherry. Medium bodied with red cherry moving to black cherry as the dominant fruit notes, but the upfront fruit was …

Tasted at the winery. Previously tasted at the winery 5 months ago and my notes were very similar. Earthy red cherry on the nose which gains brightness and adds the beginnings of black cherry the longer its open. Medium bodied with the same mix of red cherry and deeper, darker black cherry that I noted in my prior tasting. The depth through the middle continues to be impressive and the fruit there has started to open up ever so slightly …

Drank along side the 20 tango oaks, this has a more red berry feel to the nose with a red floral pop, and exotic spices with a very subtle what I can best describe as a marzipan note, light body with fine grainy tannins, and a nice finish

Tasted at the winery. Dusky red cherry, evolving to black cherry along with floral notes on the nose. Medium bodied and starts off as open and quite accessible with pretty red cherry notes. Then, WOW....depth comes in through the mid-body and fruit shows a distinctly black cherry character. The increased depth is married to a backside which shows good tannic structure and even some drying notes on the backside and finish. Spices and earth notes along with mineral qualities through …
