Slightly hazy, with a subtly funky Jura-esque nose. On the palate, ripe fruit with a clean and classic white burgundy finish of lemons and minerals.

Subtil og svært frisk vin. Grønne epler, litt pisket krem over diskret Chardonnayfrukt. Krisp og fresh også på smak. God til mat, f eks grillet ørret. Er litt for subtil for å forsvare 419 kroner, men vinen er ren og god. Hadde den hatt mer markant mineralitet ville jeg vært fan. 12 prosent. Fermentering og lagring i gamle fat
