Cork off about an hour prior to drinking. Lovely wine, list and lifted red fruits, raspberry, cherry and crunchy cranberry. Not overly tart like some can be. Long finish with hints of aniseed on the way through. No rush here, but personal preference on most thin skinned grapes for me is to drink young whilst the bright fruit is the star of the show.

Ethereal nose of rose petals, peony and something savoury like tomato leaf? It's pale red, you get some cherry, rasberry and it's just so damn refreshing. It also has a bit of grip actually. This comes from 75 year old vines in Darling. I bought this bottle while on holiday in South Africa, I have no qualms about immediately repurchasing at 3x that price now in the UK.
