Bright purple. Really great wine - a surprise. I could drink a lot of this and be very happy. Aromas and flavours of blackberry and black cherry, with a strong vein of licorice running through it. Savoury, herby tannins on the back palate. Medium length. So very, very good with food.

Beautiful deep ruby hue. Lovely wine and fabulous QPR. Lots going on with some cherries and spice. Drinking in its prime now.

Intense, lively purple; opaque at centre but bright at rim. Attractive nose of sour cherries, or perhaps balsamic. Lovely soft mouthfeel; rich with a hint of sweetness. Quite a high level of acidity. Fine tannins. 13.5% alc. Long finish. A wine of real character and interest. Recommended.
