Even better than I remembered. Initially it is sweet with expressions of vanilla bean and cookie batter. With air time it gave way to pickle brine, orange peel, caramel, peanut, and cinnamon. A real treat.

Crazy hot, amazing, rye spice, but again the heat is there big time

simply wow! on the nose we got dill followed by loads of spice and vanilla bean. on the palate its grassy, shows hints of black truffle and boiled peanuts. the finish is long, spicy and smooth. Add some water and the nose revels herbs and more caramel. A real treat.

All Rye all the way. Interesting to try Barrel proof Rye. Super super spicy. Caramel city. Need a bottle. Still doesn't quite live up to Stagg or Weller / other BTAC, but nipping on the heels
