A bit one dimensional. Lots of apple notes, hint of straw, mellow. Not much crispness. May have let sit too long.

Enjoyed this. Found a good balance of malo fermentation, resulting in a creamy, but not too creamy, finish. Flavors of apricot, green apples, and pears. Very nice.

Not typical of their other chards. Not the creamy, buttery that is, for me, a trademark of their chards, which I prefer. More like the "new" Cali chards.
