Huge evolution during the evening. From super high toned and linear to showing notes of tropical fruits and pure pleasure.

Drank this wine to start off Christmas Eve. Fantastic energy and laser like acidity. Bursting with grapefruit and gooseberries. Wonderfully minty and fresh. With airtime this wine started to show a touch more of the depth and tropical brightness that I love in the Kabinett. Like lightning in a bottle, this wine makes you tingle.
