One hour double decant. Very deep dark magenta color. Dark raspberry, baked plum, and baking spice on the nose. Smooth, tongue drying, cinnamon-laden palate. Firm, full, low intensity tannins on the longish finish. This has improved very nicely over six months.

Menu decanted. Very deep dark magenta color. Black cherry, pomegranate, and asphalt-laden, buttery Nutella on the nose. Smooth, tongue drying, full bodied palate. Firm, full tannins on the longish finish. The score is a placeholder because this is too young at the moment. It’s quite disjointed, but the raw materials are certainly there.
