Raspberries and cherries in the bouquet. Red fruits on the palate as well. Touch of oak which gives the wine some depth. Nice and fresh acidity. Already a pleasure.

Polished and refined, this was a very nice Valpolicella with good complexity and length and bright focused fruit

Académie des Cinquante Veneto Tasting (Restaurant De Salentein, Landgoed De Salentein, Nijkerk, NL) : Made from 100% Corvina. A much more serious wine than both the Allegrini and the Accordini which preceded it, lovely Corvina typicity, pepper and cherries, hints of currants and balsamic, slightly rustic, firm tannins, good length.
