Turning into golden colour with still great freshness and complexity. Not your everyday wine, quite demanding in a good way. Developed more nutty and honeyed flavours, which adds to the complexity. Good stage to drink in my opinion.

Medium gold color Medium intensity of aromas - ripe pear/ canteloupe and moderate dry mineral notes -wrapped up with just a touch of oxidative nutty aromas Medium plus bodied with an exquisite palate of ripe citrus and ripe pear and melon - very muscular/ broad palate with tons of energy and minerality Medium plus acidity with moderate alcohol and some mild phenolic bitterness Great length led by this fruit/ acid core - perfectly balanced Fantastic wine now - can prob …

Complex flavours of savoury notes with high minerality and ripe tropical fruit. Very intriguing nose. On the palate more structured. Versatile food companion

Beautifully complex, white peaches, apricots, pomelo, high minerality, herbs, salty caramel, luscious finish with slightly oxidative notes. Very interesting wine that keeps your attention.

Medium gold color with amber tints Medium plus aromas of barely ripe stone fruit and yellow florals with strong dry granite minerality and very slight oxidative/nutty notes Medium bodied with palate of lush lemon/ green apple and fresh herbs with nice dry minerality at the finish - palate is focused and linear but quite broad with slightly oily texture Medium plus acidity with medium alcohol and minimal phenolics Great length led by fruit and acidity as well as pretty intense …

21 months after the prior: Bright, earthy, mineral again. Less creaminess this time, but still it displayed impressive depth and complexity. Highly enjoyable over three nights, gassed in between.

Medium yellow with green reflections; intense nose, good depth, fresh and minerally, salty, ripe yellow fruit with a tropical edge; lovely brininess on the textural palate, medium body, ripe but with lots of minerally energy; finishes with yeasty notes, very good resonance and length. At restaurant Moche, Amsterdam, NL.

2+ months after the prior: We couldn’t resist, and it was similarly lovely. As the note below observes, it benefits from not being too cold. Lovely over three nights —right out of the bottle, and developing along the path. We will try to avoid opening our remaining bottle for a few years.

PnP that was served a bit too cool. That said, as with most whites, much more expressive once it was closer to 55F than 45F; more interesting/enjoyable, too. Pale straw, with just a touch of green at the rim. Aromas are reticent at first, but clean (i.e. none of the off-putting things others had mentioned), with mineral, white and yellow floral leading the way. By the third glass, some 45 minutes after opening, this was appreciably more expressive, with a …

Muted and a touch aromatically off putting upon opening. But oxygen and a bit of warming in the glass right this. Though it takes a good 20-30 minutes to go from somewhat vegetal/ vaguely Muscadet-like to bright and sea spray fresh with notes of apple peel and Meyer lemon oil and wet stone. The palate similarly gains weight and depth with time in the glass, with salt and stone fruit leading the way, fleshed out by white cherry and golden …

Pale straw. Distinctively earthy/mineral. Bright, with refreshing acidity. A suggestion of savory creaminess. Beyond that, the two notes below describe some of its more specific characteristics well. Very enjoyable over three nights — and glad we have a couple more.

Quite a complex and interesting wine. Initial nose is a bit off-putting and reminds me of celery and condom, but with a tiny bit of air it opens to a saline, celery leaf and reductive earthy place that you find hard to stop drinking. It’s strange to find yourself pounding this wine that you have a major contention with, but then it’s gone, and you’re wondering what was the deal with that white blend. At the very end of the …

This is flat out delicious! Lots of lemon, lime, very subtle vanilla pod, warm spice and powdered minerals on the nose, medium body with bright acids and a long salivating finish
