1982-1988 Meursaults (Bi-weekly group blind tasting at Tom's House) : Groups #5, my #3 - blindtasted. Another great nose of petrol, honey, wet stones, and something savory like boiled lobster shell. Good acid, delicious.

1982-1988 Meursaults White Burgundies (Tom's house in Palo Alto, California) : Tasted blind - Light golden color. Good bouquet. Felt like the fruits was gone and the tannins still too strong. Average finish. Group's #5 (my #8) – 67 pts – 1/3/1/1

1982-1988 Meursaults (Tom's House, Palo Alto, CA) : Light golden. Floral, honeyed nose. Light to medium bodied with medium acidity. Fresh palate, seems younger than the rest. Lemon, some savory, funky notes and a touch of oak spice. Long finish. Complex and lovely. (my 2nd, group's 5th)
