A classic of the Dragonette style. This is ripe, creamy, papaya and sweet lime, morning pastries, sun on hay, supported by excellent acid, though if I had one complaint it would be that this could benefit from just a touch more tension. Still, not all Sauvignon Blancs need to be lean and green. Akin to the lusher styles of Bordeaux Blanc. Absolutely delicious. 14.5%

This is hands down my favorite sauv blanc. Complex on the nose and palate with a concentration of tropical and floral flavors. Slight grassiness on the nose. A super interesting texture.
