Domaine Camaïssette Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence Blanc

This a beautiful unoaked blend of Vermentino Sauvignon and Ugni Blanc. Gorgorgous floral notes both in the nose and in the mouth. Balance is near perfect. We stopped by the winery just south of the village of Saint Cannat, near Aix en Provence and purchased several bottles for around $5. The winery also had a 1 year oaked version for $7.
