The star of the Sainte Foy appellation offers espresso bean roasted plums, black cherries and licorice on the nose. Ruby in color, the wine is soft, polished, juicy and loaded with sweet, ripe, fresh red fruits, herbs and spices. Drink it young, or age it a few years before opening a bottle. 89-91 Pts
