Had with a BBQ on Father's day...Fruit Forward, well oaked almost jammy...good simple party wine. Crowd pleaser, and to be honest decently tasty. Guests all liked it. Could also be enjoyed as just a sipper

Lots of dark fruits with a pleasant finish. Balanced tannins. Fruit forward with enough complexity so as not to overwhelm. I paired this with a prosciutto pannini and felt that the meat overwhelmed the wine. It would probably pair well with a more mildly flavored protein. Excellent on its own.

A great example of how tasty judiciously oaked Cabernet Sauvignon can be. This bottling shows all the dark fruit elements of the variety, along with pleasant terroir elements, and good grip. Very nice!
