Amazing!! Got "lost" in my cellar. 8 years old, I expected it to be "over". Right out of the bottke it was amazing. Not familiar with the wine, I expected it to be a $80-$100 wine to have aged so beautifully. My surprise!! Sorry no one else pribably has this around. If you do, find itand drink it! (Great with fresh cacio de pepe!)

Nothing special on the pour but, after a couple of hours in a canter, it gets noticeably better. More minty on the nose and more silky on the palate. Seems to fade away after a few hours.

Commands a somewhat unjustified price premium due to Santa Lucia Highlands source. Light on the nose, reminds me of an aged old-world wine. Mixed berry notes on the palate. Something tells me you will be disappointed if you age this wine, I don't think what's going on with this wine is going to do well over time. Enjoy soon in my opinion.

Lovely ruby color. Almost faceted. Nose is present but mainly acid. Could be more developed. Taste is smooth on the front with nice spice and acid on the back. Finish could be longer.

Sweet red fruit, a little artificial tasting. A decent safe wine, lots going on.
