Much better than the previous bottle. Not the fruit forward of the past years but not the Welch's of the last bottle. May try another buy because the previous bottle was a never again. One more bottle in the cellar which will be the decider for future buys.

Medium garnet. A quite ripe and fruity nose offers overripe plum, black raspberry candy, bubblegum, violets and loam. Medium bodied, round and juicy in texture, with low tannins, medium acidity, and a fruit punch sort of sweetness. This tastes very little of Pinot Noir but has some crowd appeal, I suppose.

Purplish red color, medium body. Nose restrained, usual pinot fruit. Palate mild acidity, sweetness, velvety tannins and almost syrupy/fruit salad. Short bitter finish. A California style from the Willamette - what can't they do?

Pretty, medium (-) ruby red. The nose is clean, with ripe red cherry, rhubarb and pomegranate aromas. Dry, with ripe but crisp fruit, medium acidity, medium (-) tannins. The alcohol is high at 14.2% but is really perceived more as medium. This is a great summer wine with a little chill. A nice, soft, versatile style. Drinking well now, not intended for aging. Great quality and value at around $20.00.

Loss of the fruitiness. Previous bottles hit you over the head with the fruit. This bottle's main flavor is a smoky taste. While okay for a pinot noir it was a major disappointment to previous bottles. I had considered this to be my favorite pinot. I have two more bottles in the cellar. If these are like the last I will be looking for a new pinot.

Very ripe on the nose with good amplitude. On the palate, load of ripe fruit, very fruit forward, with a pretty heavy mouthfeel. Not exactly jammy or cloying, as there is a good amount of acidity, but it seems a bit disjointed to me. Also getting kind of a roasted note. The more I drank, the less I liked it. This is made in a crowd-pleasing style but not what I look for in Oregon Pinot.

P/w no decant. Clear, med purple color. Nice Pinot nose. This drank better than expected and in excellent drinking window considering the vintage. Med body, perfect integration/balance, easy, true to fruit, crowd pleasing, plenty of intensity, very light tannin's, you could drink this all day. Great value, nothing off. Gift.

Very nice. The value for drinkability is excellent for this wine. True to Oregon Pinot, this wine is fruit forward with good earthy flavors to match. Very smooth.

That is a soft rendition of Whole Cluster and probably one of the better renditions of this wine that I have had.

Wow! Just wow! Cherry, strawberry, herbs, bit of soil, hint of cola and spice. The flavor just keeps coming. Pale ruby color, red fruits and floral scents.

surprising! I'm not a pinot noir fan, like OR more than CA style (can be too big). This does not have that typical light, wispy pinot profile. Very fruit forward even for an OR pinot but not a fruit juice bomb. Savory, cherry, light wood...medium body. Satisfying depth for a pinot, definitely notice the whole cluster style. Acidity keeps it well composed

3 Carbonic comes through clearly with fresh raspberry and cinnamon aromas filling the glass. A varietally true mid-weight entrance leads to a tangy, festive mid-palate. The finish dissipates quite quickly by some unknit layers. For the size of production, this is well made. Delightful.

Light ruby robe with red rim. Clean nose, showing simple but pleasant aromas of strawberries and red cherries. Light-to-medium-bodied on the palate, with medium acidity, light tannins and strawberry/spice flavors. The middle palate thins a bit but the resurrected finish is medium-length, albeit just a bit dry. This is "serviceable" Pinot for the price. Nothing fancy here. Drink now-12/12.

Slightly rubbery nose that blows of to reveal grapey scents of carbonic maceration. Black & red raspberry fruit flavors that are slightly bitter & a bit primary with no real tannin but a lot of acidity on the finish. Disjointed at best.

This was the opening bottle for our dinner at Tremont/647. It was quite light and had lots of fruit, but fruit that was balanced with the wine. Had the glass with crabcake appetizer. I would drink again but probably on late spring or early summer evening outside before dinner.

If I were handed this wine blind, I would have guessed a Beaujolais-villages from a decent vintage. And this is the only pinot noir I've ever had I can say that about. How strange. Clearly carbonic maceration is at work here, as the classic "bubble gum" character that mars so many simple gamay based wines dominates. In fact, detecting virtually no varietal characteristics on this wine whatsoever. Tempted to give it lower marks for the deception. But you know...as an …

Received this as a gift and opened out of curiosity. This is the worst wine I've had in a while. aromas of chalk and under ripe red cranberry/cherry. watery garnet appearance. The palate reminds me a bit of powdered sucrets. The powdery quality reminds me of wine I made from a grape concentrate kit. This bottle was exposed to a little heat in shipping, but I suspect a pristine bottle would not be much better. I'll second the comment below …
