This wine is way past its prime. Nose is full of dried spices and funky earth with a touch of potpourri. In the mouth the is disjointed of super tart cherries, fresh flowers and lots of cedar. Finishes really short. The problem everything is flabby and poorly integrated with no transition of one flavor to the next. Remember you don't drink the label.

Neighbor brought this to dinner. Suspect provenance as the cork was dry and disintegrated during opening. While there was not a lot of fruit left, what was there was very dark and was backed up by tar flavors. Nice balance, slightly lean texture, good structure, smooth edges and a satisfying finish. Probably past its peak, but still drinking nicely.

Not quite as good as my previous bottle. The cherry and plum fruits are more muted, but the finish is smooth. This wine is still very drinkable. Not reason to hold, drink up.

($24) Nice cooler climate Cabernet. Concentrated, flavorful, smooth and balanced.
