Poured at cellar temperature - somewhat atypical for Sauvignon Blanc, which most of us enjoy at full-on refrigerator temperature. This temperature, I feel, brought out the aroma in this Sauvignon Blanc, which was strong with grass, lemon custard, and jasmine - truly beautiful nose, almost as expressive as a Malvasia Bianca or similar. Wow - I'm not usually a big Sav Blanc fan, but this was delicious! Frankly, I expected to be disappointed in the QPR, but this was so bright and fresh, with pretty tropical nuances that I'm very glad I risked the purchase!
