Violet petals, cooked blackberry, cooked black cherry, baking spices and smoked wood on the nose. Flavors consistent with the aromas. Full bodied with medium acid and shockingly high tannin for Tempranillo. The oak influenced the flavors; but it did not mellow the tannins here. Age 2+ years and see what happens...
