Same flavors as previous notes but I'm noticing more herbs and banana. Creamy with a very tart mid-palate and finish. Good rich flavors and well balanced. No heat at all.

This is quite a bit different than last time I had it. The floral components are coming through much stronger than before. Apples and honey on the nose. Some apple and pear flavors and still a hint of the smoke from before but the floral aspects are the overwhelming flavor. Tropical flavors on the mid-palate and finish.

Peaches, pears, apples, flowers and cream on the nose. Tastes a little more tropical and smokey. Sour on the finish. It's sweet but is balanced by good acidity.
