Excellent! Perhaps a little past prime. Fairly deep/complex flavors. Went very well with a Puccini risotto and a thick grilled steak

Coravin tasting made from Nebbiolo grapes dried 3 months to enchant the sweet fruit flavor, similar to Amarone wines. requires at least 15 min to open in the glass clear, med+ ruby-brown Med+ aromas intensity of blackberries, anis, roses, wax, sour cherries, plums, tar, sweetened cranberry, pomegranate and apple nose. developing; dry, high acidity, high tannins, high abv (15.5%), full body, pronounced flavors intensity consistent with the aromas (but amplified), long tannic finish; excellent complexity; can drink now - suitable …

Gordon's Festa d'Italia (Artists for Humanity Center - Boston MA) : Walk around tasting. Nebbiolo made like Amarone? Lots of dried red fruit that doesn't seem quite harmonious (yet?), so very tough to assess. I'd think this 87-88 points, but others enjoyed this more.

I liked it, but it seemed a bit out of place at Tre Bicchieri, not in the sense that the style didn't fit, but that, to me, it lacked the structure and drive the really special wines offer. Perhaps with 2-3 more years of rest, this will be more cohesive, it's purpose more clear. EtOH is nicely integrated. HOLD. https://www.ItalianWine.blog

15.5% Nebbiolo. Very rich, lots of (jammy) fruit. Hides the alcohol well. Flowers on the nose, obvious red-fruited palate, lacks structure but is easy to drink. Quite ok.
