Forrest Estate Chardonnay

This wine is the reason I cellar Chardonnay. It was spectacular - perfect balance, really pleasant amount of oak, but still great fruit. I am sorry I only have one.

Appearance: Bright and clear, medium lemon in color, with watery rims and legs. Nose: Clean, medium intensity and having developing aromas of lemon, grapefruit, white peach, yeast, toast, cream and nectarine. Palate: Dry with medium and lively acidity, the wine is of medium alcohol and medium body, showing medium intensity flavors of lemon, grapefruit, butter, yeast and oak, with medium (+) length.
