Wednesday Night Club - December 2011 (Peter Pratt's Inn) : Very nice wine, loads of dark fruit, mushrooms, seared meat and fresh brewed coffee. Well made and nicely balanced.

Supposedly all Chave fruit minus one barrel from a neighbor next door. Tight on the palate, a bit restrictive, not much stuffing in my opinion. Although it is one of the cheapest Hermitages I have ever tasted.
