De Troch Lambic KX

I've only had a few Lambics. This is really tough to figure out. I have to admit that there's a small part of me that wants there to be more carbonation. However, on the nose this is simply intoxicating. Sour notes of citrus, pineapple, and yeast. Almost like a heavily salted pretzel or sweaty skin after a long run.
