Opened one hour in advance. Complex aromas of celery, minerals and peach. Mix of flavors includes anise, apple, minerals, among others, with some spritz. Some celery with intense minerality in the finish. My wife said this wants to be Prosecco. It doesn't, but I see what she means. Blend of Arneis, Cortese, and Favorita in a Piedmonte table wine.
